When the door is closed, due to the suction of the magnetic stripe, the door of the freezer close to the door frame is automatically closed, and there should be no clearance. Then check the compressor. After the power is turned on, the freezer can be started immediately and enter the running state; When the power is off, the freezer should stop normally; After restart, the compressor should be able to start and operate normally within 1 second. Third, check the refrigeration situation. After the freezer starts for 5 minutes, touch the condenser of the freezer (On both sides or back of the freezer). It should have a Sultry Feeling, and the faster the heat, the better; When opening the cabinet door of the freezer, touch the evaporator with your hand and you should feel cool; Close the door of the freezer for about 20 minutes. Part of the condenser is already very hot. Open the door of the freezer and look at the evaporator. There should be a thin layer of frost on the evaporator. If the frost is uneven or there is no Frost in a certain part, the refrigeration performance of the freezer is not good. The user can put a few cups of cold water in the freezer and then adjust the cold drink cabinet to a quick-frozen state. Freezing time and efficiency can be used to check the quick freezing capacity and compressor performance of the freezer.
4. Temperature control. When the temperature controller is adjusted to the stop position, the compressor should stop immediately; Adjust to the strong cold position, the compressor should run continuously; After a period of normal operation, the freezer should be able to automatically open and stop within a certain time interval. At this time, the temperature of the refrigerating chamber should not be higher than 5C, the temperature of the freezer should reach the star level. The number of starts of the compressor should not exceed 6-per hour-9 times. Five, listen to the sound. After the compressor starts, the freezer will vibrate slightly to generate running noise, but the noise should not be higher than 45 decibels. That is to say, in a quiet environment, only a slight click can be heard about 1 meter away from the freezer. There should be no sound in the distance. Touch the freezer with your hand and there should be no obvious vibration.
6. Check the lighting. Open the refrigerator door and the lights in the refrigerator cabinet will light up; When the freezer door is almost closed, the indicator light goes out.
Check the preservation effect of the freezer. You can put some apples in the freezer and observe the freshness of the apples after two days. Although this project cannot be implemented in time, it can at least prevent consumers from suffering losses due to ex post facto knowledge.
